Curbside Cafe hit the streets in July of 2010. The gourmet food truck features fresh Angus burgers on a fresh baked roll but also has specialties such as Blackened Mahi tacos, fried calamari tacos, and Sonoran dogs. Curbside also features daily specials such as chicken tandori, crispy pork tenderloin sandwiches, Blackened Caesar salads, pork green chile just to name a few.
We use only the highest quality ingredients and prepare everything “Fresh made to order”.
Curbside has a busy schedule serving at places like the Regional Justice Center in downtown Las Vegas, corporate clients, businesses, events, clubs and private functions such as weddings, employee appreciation events, and many contract caterings.
Owner Doug Porter started in the food and beverage industry over 30 years ago. He has worked in every position in the restaurant industry. Doug’s career includes positions as Regional manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Marketing for large restaurant chains. He also owned and managed his own Seafood restaurant and bar for over 10 years here in Las Vegas. “I love operating my own business. You see the results of your efforts immediately and can make changes and decisions on the spot to make things better.”
Curbside is very excited to be a part of the new evolution in street food. The movement allows for a lot of creativity and flexibility to keep up with trends and to make changes to meet the growing needs of our guests. Everybody is always shocked about how good the food is. “It’s great doing something that people love and we love doing.”
